Through experiential processes, reflections and meditations you will expand on the things explored on the first course and immerse yourself in the other key aspects of human thriving including:

This course can be take individually, as well as a continuation of the INNER NATURE PROCESS Part 1 course, Living with Awareness, Compassion and Mastery. Which includes:

Inner Patterns - Gain insight into your limiting inner patterns, learn to regulate draining emotions, and develop emotional balance.
