Private Mindfulness Sessions
In Person or through Skype
Should you wish to learn mindfulness but find that your schedule or circumstances do not make it possible for you to attend one of our programs, you can have private sessions in person or via Skype. Private sessions are an excellent and convenient way to learn mindfulness, deepen your practice, and explore ways of bringing mindfulness to your daily life. It also gives you the privacy to discuss any issue that you might not feel comfortable in sharing in a group. We can cover the content of the well-researched Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Program or tailor the sessions to your needs.
