Yoga Flow Lesson

Experience a mindful and flowing yoga class to vitalize your body, soothe your mind and reconnect with your strength, health and sense of empowerment.

Mindfulness Meditation Lesson

Learn scientifically proven strategies to de-stress and deal wisely with the challenges of day-to-day life, promote emotional balance, mental clarity, and health and the how of living more fully. Participate in an experiential class on mindfulness and its benefits and enjoy a guided mindfulness meditation.

Nature Walk

Take a peaceful walk through the magnificent ANANDA Rainforest Spa while enjoying the natural surroundings and learning about the benefits of spending time in nature and the “how” of connecting to nature.

Raw Food Lesson and Lunch

Participate in a raw food class where you will learn yummy and nutritious recipes that will nourish your body and help you live in vibrant health. We also explore mindful eating and the importance of selecting food that supports you in living a full and healthy life.

Gratitude & Compassion Meditation

After lunch enjoy a relaxing guided lying down meditation under the therapeutic effects of essential oils and soft music while being guided to cultivate qualities of mind that are known to enhance happiness and psychological wellbeing (Gratitude, Mindfulness and Self-compassion).

Interconnectedness, Consciousness & Nature

An exploration of the deeper aspects of meditation, such as consciousness, interconnectedness and oneness. Be gently guided into a mindful state of openness and witnessing of the beauty of the natural world and experience a sense of deep rest, interconnectedness and wholeness.

About the facilitator:

This workshop is facilitated by Gustavo Se Cestari a qualified and experienced mindfulness instructor, psychotherapist and yoga teacher. Gustavo is passionate about helping people to live a healthy, happy and fulfilling life, where joy gratitude and a sense of vitality are daily occurrences.

He is the founder of AMAR Centre for Growth and Mindful Living, an organization that offers a variety of mindfulness programs and psychotherapy services to the community and other health professionals. He has postgraduate qualifications in Psychology and loves to share the knowledge and insights from Positive Psychology, the art and science of happiness and human flourishing.

His experience with meditation extends over 15 years and he brings much warmth, depth and passion to his teachings. His is trained in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga from Chandra Yoga International in Dharamsala India, and blends his expertise in mindfulness training with yoga to provide unique mindful yoga and meditation sessions emphasizing present moment awareness and a deep sense of connectedness and wholeness.

In the domain of his own life Gustavo fully embraces living a meaningful, connected, healthy, adventurous and fulfilling life; a life based on his values, immersed in yoga, meditation, kindness, nutritious food and nature.
